Deluxe King Suite
Deluxe King Suites are approximately 850 square feet for
a one bedroom and 1275 square feet for a two bedroom.
Featuring a comfortable parlor, dining/meeting area and a
cozy bedroom with a king-size bed. The bedroom offers one
king bed, a convenient bath and dressing area, cordless
phone, armoires with 27” televisions, in-room movies, DVD
player, Nintendo games, safe, iron & ironing board,
hairdryer, sundries and an amply stocked refreshment center.

Fairway Suite
Fairway Suites overlook either the Crenshaw Cliffside or
Fazio Foothills golf courses and are approximately 1200
square feet for a one bedroom and 1625 square feet for a two
bedroom. The Fairway Suite also provides an inviting sitting
area and a separate meeting or dining room. The suite offers
one king bed, two convenient baths and dressing area,
armoires with 32” televisions, in-room movies, Nintendo
games, DVD player, cordless phone, Bose Wave stereo system,
CD player, safe, iron & ironing board, hairdryer, sundries
and an amply stocked refreshment center. To cater to your

Fazio Suite
The Fazio Suite offers a private dining or meeting
space, living area with a powder room and wet bar. The suite
also provides maximum comfort and features a bedroom with a
king bed and ample sitting area. The suite offers two
convenient baths and a dressing area, armoires with 32”
televisions, in-room movies, Nintendo games, DVD player,
Video Cassette Player, Bose Wave stereo system, CD player,
cordless phone, safe, iron & ironing board, hairdryer,
sundries and an amply stocked refreshment center. And to
make doing business easier, we provide individual study
desks with computer interconnect capabilities. Additionally,
the Fazio Suite provides a vast balcony to take in the
pleasant Austin weather. The Suite measures approximately
1600 square feet for a one bedroom and 2025 square feet for
a two bedroom.
Presidential/Crenshaw Suite
The lavish Crenshaw Suite measures approximately
1800-square feet and provides the guest with the ultimate
Hill Country retreat. This suite features the same
southwestern elegance of the entire resort and has the
option to be a two-bedroom suite, which is approximately
2200 square feet. The Crenshaw suite hosts an expansive
balcony, private dining or meeting space, a spacious living
area with a full bath and a wet bar with beautiful granite
counter surfaces. The suite also offers an armoire with 42"
plasma flat screen television, in-room movies, Nintendo
games, DVD player, Video Cassette Player, Bose Wave stereo

As you exit the airport on Presidential Boulevard, make a
left on Highway 71 heading West. Drive 5.5 miles on Highway
71 West, passing Interstate 35, to the exit for Loop 360.
Take Loop 360 North 7.7 miles to the exit for Bee Caves
Road/FM 2244. Make a left on Bee Caves Road and go 1 mile to
the stop light at Barton Creek Boulevard. Make a left on
Barton Creek Boulevard and go 1.8 miles to Barton Club
Drive, and turn left into the Resort complex. Proceed to the
Main Resort Entrance (third entrance on the left) for guest
