In the beginning there was water, then light came to challenge its omnipresence. The marriage of these elements occurred at Constance Le Prince Maurice, in the magical interplay of light and water. Light languishing in a monochrome monotony, realized that, despite a myriad of variations, it could not keep conjuring up the illusion, unless impregnated by colors. Therefore at Prince Maurice light and colors are intertwined together in a warm and sensual embrace. Acting in collusion, perfumes, colors and water strive to challenge light for precedence. Junior Suites
In buildings of a maximum of 8 suites with thatch roof, 10 ground floor/beach front facing and 8 on stilts on a natural fish reserve (swimming not permitted). They comprise of one bedroom with a sitting area indoors and a terrace or balcony, one bathroom with double vanities, separate shower, wc and bath. Junior Suites with connecting corridors are available.

Senior Suites
Individual thatched roof villas, nine with private heated swimming pool and located on the beach and three on stilts overlooking a natural fish reserve (no swimming pool and swimming is not permitted). Senior suites are one-bed room, have a living room with dining/sitting area with adjacent shower and toilet, walk-in closet, outdoor soaking bath and terrace.

Princely Suite
The suite comprises of two junior suites and one senior suite. Inside garden/patio, guests wc, mini kitchen for staff use, terrace/dining area and two swimming pools. Located directly on the beach in a secluded part of the hotel grounds that offer utmost privacy, the Princely Suite also benefits from three individual terraces each facing a different part of the lagoon.

The entire property blends naturally with the beauty and simplicity of the environment. The use of wood, stone and thatch gives to the hotel its unique charm, characterized by an ambiance of total tranquility and refined elegance. All suites are air-conditioned and equipped with hairdryer, minibar, TV with internal DVD channels, stereo compact disc and cassette player, telephone/answering machine, WIFI (Wireless Internet Access, pillow menu and in room safe. The suites feature massive wooden furnishing and the colors reflect the "spice route theme" touch of the hotel. Bedroom amenities are of a quality and style unique to Le Prince Maurice.

Miniclub, "Les Petits Princes"
"Les Petits Princes" has a game room, dining area and private pool and welcomes children between the ages of four and twelve as from 09:00 to 21:00. Indoor and outdoor activities are organized daily under supervision and children's menus are also available on request, as well as babysitting facilities (at an additional cost).

Meeting Facilities
Private meeting facilities include a business centre that comprises of an Ante room, a mini debate room, an entrance lobby, and a board room fitting a maximum of 16 people. Audiovisual equipment as well as IT facilities such as computers, laser printers, photocopiers, overhead projector, TV/video, slides projector, CD/DVD and cassette player, WIFI Internet access, e-mail modem are at the disposal of guests, and a Guest Relations services assist the latter for secretarial duties during the entire meeting. Tea breaks and private lunches/dinner can be organized on request.

L'Archipel restaurant located in the main building, overlooks the pool and the beach. It has three areas two of which are alfresco and very romantic. L'Archipel offers an 'Ã la carte' menu with light, spicy flavored gourmet food in a sophisticated ambience. Open for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Le Barachois
With its spectacular setting and entrance which is navigated via a snaking gangplank through the mangrove trees, this unique floating restaurant is open for dinner and offers daily specials including grills, seafood and Mauritian specialties.

The Beach Deck
This restaurant of 40 place settings is situated on a wooden deck located near the beach. All the furniture are made of wrought iron. Le Beach Restaurant is open for lunch with an à la carte menu and special event evening.
