Nestled in peaceful seclusion on the island’s finest shore is The Chedi Phuket at Pansea Bay. The thatched cottages sit under a shelter of coconut palms on landscaped slopes that gently descent to meet the white sand beach. The rustic serenity of the cottages is reflected in the interior design where panels of woven palms fronds and earthen -colored fabrics bring the outdoors inside.

Except for either a one or two-bedrooms, all cottages, namely Hillside, Superior and Deluxe share similar interior.

Size and interior finishes of suite differ from the cottages and it has the additional feature of his/her vanities, bath-tub, flat-screen TV and Bose sound-dock with 2 I-Pod. In addition to the outdoor terrace for sunbathing, Deluxe Suite has an outdoor covered verandah.

Concept : The a la carte menu offers a wide selection of traditional Thai dishes, also introducing some lesser known but most delectable dishes. What’s more our daily changing authentic Thai set dinner is provided in the traditional Thai sharing style for two.

Location : At the edge of the grass lawn, overlooking the ocean

Concept : Guests will be able to enjoy a menu that is light and inspired by seaside dining, with flavors from Asia, fresh fish, seafood and prime-cut meat from the charcoal BBQ.

Concept : A casual Lunch Menu offers guest a good selection of salads and sandwiches, along with the favorite pasta and burgers. The live cooking station offers Asian noodle specialty, prepared for the guest with ingredients of their choice.

For dinner, our Executive Chef Hans Engerer and his Team presents a menu that offers a contemporary twist on some classical European flavours. The dishes created are using only the finest local products and selected imported items.
