Memorable Experiences
Regent established its reputation on a commitment to exceptional,
anticipatory guest service, attention to detail and an uncompromising
commitment to quality. Regent guests are greeted by name, but it is the
unspoken details that make them feel truly welcome. Regent locations inspire
awe, but it is the unseen that makes the hotels truly seductive. Guests are
surrounded with architecture and design that is in keeping with each
distinct locale, while providing the simple, familiar and comfortable. The
result is a hospitality experience that is richly personalized, genuine and
caring. It is The Regent Experience.
Luxurious Surroundings for
the Most Discerning Guest
Regent hotels of the future will continue to target the upscale business and
leisure traveler and continue other pioneering traditions that have long
enriched the Regent heritage including:
Bathrooms that have been
elevated to an art form. The most recent example can be found at the
soon-to-open The Regent Bal Harbour, in Bal Harbour Village, Fla., where the
bathrooms feature ocean views from the tub and shower, mirrors with built-in
TV screens and large walk-in showers, so spacious guests can shower without
door or curtain enclosures.
Custom-designed interiors and
exteriors with richly appointed public areas and guest rooms. For example,
at The Regent South Beach, the hotel features nearly more outdoor space than
indoor space to offer its guests the ultimate South Beach experience.
Becoming the only South Beach property to offer a balcony with every suite,
the hotel's balconies pull the guests outside to enjoy the ocean views or
city nightlife. Spacious in size with 200- to 350-square feet of living
space, select balconies also feature Roman hot tubs. The coveted 27
penthouses boast a spiral staircase up to its own impressive 700-square-foot
private terrace with a retractable shade canopy.
